Freedom Unfulfilled

It IS about me being free,
But, it could be about me - NOT in love.
Because I refuse to lose my soul.
Even if,
I felt protected in our inclusive boundaries.
Even if,
I was put in a chokehold by your loyalty.
Still, I'd roam free.
